- Reach 1% (or ~ 300+) persons in Franklin County and its surrounding communities/counties and beyond who are not presently in a personal relationship with Jesus Christ and/or associated with a faith community, by implementing Matthew 28:19-20a, where Jesus said, "Therefore go, and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you."
- Plant or be part of planting an Anglican congregation in Franklin County or another nearby Tennessee county.
- Develop a ministry and missional relationship with another GAFCON Anglican Province diocese and/or congregation.
